Managed by Fubon Group, Folio Hotel (Fuli Hotel) has transformed an old Central Trust of China dormitory into a design hotel. The exterior retains the nostalgic exposed-aggregate concrete charm of the former apartment building, while the interior incorporates retro elements such as mosaic tiles and frosted glass lattice windows. It officially opened in August in Da’an District, Taipei City.

With art and music as its themes, Fuli Hotel creates a design accommodation rich in artistic atmosphere. The rooms feature photography works by celebrities like Kang Yong Tsai and Xiao S, and also host resident artists who have set up art workshops here, aiming to offer guests more opportunities to interact with art during their stay.
