This year can be called the year of animal movies, from the blockbuster hit "Zootopia" at the beginning of the year to "The Secret Life of Pets," where cuteness sells and remains an unbeatable trend. The healing movie that caps off the summer vacation, "Nine Lives" (My Dad the Cat), will be released on Friday, September 2. The male lead is Kevin Spacey, who won the Golden Globe for Best Actor for "House of Cards." The director was drawn to his comedic talent in "Horrible Bosses," and this time, besides playing a sleazy boss, he also takes on the challenge of portraying an insensitive father. Meanwhile, the other stars of the film—the cats—feature up to a hundred felines gathering for some seriously adorable scenes in the pet store sequences.
