This large windmill art installation can only be fully appreciated by looking up at Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall. Standing six meters tall and measuring 25 meters in both length and width, it is truly spectacular. It is also lit up at night, offering different visual effects. Many foreign tourists have been amazed by the fun of seeing this Doraemon windmill installation, and numerous visitors and fans have made special trips to Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall to view and take photos with it.
