This summer, Taichung World Trade Center is hosting two super-popular exhibitions. There’s the globally loved “Tanaka Tatsuya’s Imaginative World: Miniature Exhibition,” a favorite among hipsters, and an interactive art exhibit that allows you to view, touch, take photos, and film, plus newly created 3 AR-enhanced pieces specially made for Taiwan — “AR Super Vision: The Japanese Illusion Art World Tour.” Both exhibitions are being held at Taichung World Trade Center from now until September 9.

Tanaka Tatsuya’s Imaginative World: Miniature Exhibition
The Japanese master of miniatures — artist and photographer Tanaka Tatsuya has been creating one delightful and imaginative miniature scene per day since 2011, amassing over 1.4 million Instagram followers to date. His MINIATURE CALENDAR showcases creativity, imagination, humor, and brings comfort to many hearts.

This exhibition features a selection of 151 of the master’s favorite photographic works and 39 physical pieces, arranged across nine themed exhibition zones, allowing you to witness his heartwarming and healing creations up close without flying to Japan.

AR Super Vision: The Japanese Illusion Art World Tour
Organized by Ryoji Imai, a leading figure in Japan’s illusion art scene and creator of the award-winning “TOKYO TRICK ART Museum,” which has earned the World Peace Art Honor Award, “AR Super Vision: The Japanese Illusion Art World Tour” is on display at Taichung World Trade Center from now until September 9.

This exhibition goes beyond the traditional 3D art shows limited to photography, integrating AR elements to evolve into a more dynamic and fun video-interactive experience, perfectly merging art with technology. It showcases 45 creative works, including brand-new pieces never before exhibited in Japan, now making their Taiwan debut.
