Various vibrant floral seasons have begun popping up around Taiwan since mid-November, including the Osmanthus chrysanthemum "autumn snow" in Tongluo, the Silvergrass blooms along Caoling Historic Trail, the plum blossoms on the Three Cross-Island Highways in December, the vast fields of rapeseed flowers in central Taiwan, the delicate cherry blossoms that herald the arrival of spring in late winter, and even the Taipei International Flora Expo that continues until April next year—all adding splashes of color and vitality to the island.
