Disney musical opens ticket pre-sales in Changhua on March 9

“Disney on Ice Presents Mickey’s Music Festival” will be performed at the Changhua County Stadium on June 2 and 3 (Saturday and Sunday), featuring six shows in total. The Changhua County Government has also made the ticket prices more affordable. Prices are as follows: Upper Stand Area (Level 2): NT$500 (no seat selection), Main Floor Stage Area (Level 1): NT$800 (from Row 6, no seat selection). Starting from 12:00 noon on March 9 (Friday), tickets can be pre-purchased via the Broadway Circuit ticketing system, the Changhua County Cultural Affairs Bureau, Yuanlin Performing Arts Center, as well as convenience stores such as 7-ELEVEN, FamilyMart, and Hi-Life. If you don’t want to miss out on this rare opportunity, be sure to act fast!

This year’s new Disney on Ice production “Mickey’s Music Festival,” launched by The Walt Disney Company in the United States, is an entirely new show that has never been performed in Taiwan before. It will feature Mickey Mouse leading over 25 Disney stars including Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Ariel from The Little Mermaid, Sebastian, Ursula, Princess Jasmine, Aladdin and the Genie, as well as Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and Jessie. From the very beginning, audiences will enjoy dazzling backgrounds created by cutting-edge projection technology, before being taken by Aladdin, Princess Jasmine, and the Genie into a brand-new world filled with hip-hop rhythms, dazzling acrobatics, flying carpets, and magic performances. Schools of fish, Ariel, Sebastian, and their sea companions will frolic along to reggae beats. Children and adults alike can join Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and Jessie for some cowboy-style dancing.
The 2012 Taiwan Lantern Festival’s Disney street performance attracted over 1.45 million visitors eager to see Mickey and Minnie. With this upcoming “Disney on Ice Presents Mickey’s Music Festival,” another wave of Disney fever is sure to sweep across Taiwan!
