The Taipei International Travel Expo is about to kick off. The Taipei City Government has specially planned the Taipei Pavilion with the theme “Taipei Midsummer YA!” and rolled out multiple benefits to help everyone “fight inflation.” To welcome the public to the opening of the Taipei Pavilion on May 25th, a premium banquet meal worth NT$6,000 from Jiancheng Roundabout will be given away as a raffle prize on the opening day.

On the day of the “Taipei Pavilion” opening, attendees who participate in the on-site activities will have a chance to win a free round of Jiancheng Roundabout’s premium banquet dishes. The banquet menu, personally crafted by the national treasure-level banquet chef Huang Dezhong (Chef Ah Zhongshi), features an array of luxurious dishes including King Crab Spanish Paella, Braised Fish Fillet Soup, Top Chef’s Soy Sauce Chicken, Taiwan Clam “Thousand-Hand Guanyin,” and Shaoxing Wine Marinated Shrimp — totaling 12 courses. Chef Ah Zhongshi has previously catered various state banquets and private events for figures such as Soong Mei-ling, Lee Teng-hui, Lien Chan, Chen Shui-bian, and Annette Lu.
