Singapore Airlines' Giveaway: Win a Chance to Fly A380 to France on Its Delivery Flight

Singapore Airlines, which became the world’s first airline to operate the A380 in 2007, is holding a fifth-anniversary celebration for the A380 and launching an online giveaway for a delivery flight. By registering and obtaining an event passport on Singapore Airlines’ website before August 28, you could win the chance to fly to Airbus’ headquarters in Toulouse, France, in early September this year, stay two nights in Toulouse, and take the delivery flight of the airline’s 19th A380 to Singapore.

The lucky winner of this giveaway can bring one companion and fly from any destination within Singapore Airlines’ network to Airbus’ headquarters in Toulouse. The winner and their companion will not only enjoy two nights’ accommodation in Toulouse, a half-day city tour, and a dinner specially prepared by Singapore Airlines and Airbus, but also get to join a guided tour of the Airbus production center before boarding the A380 jumbo jet on the delivery flight to Singapore. Typically, only select crew members, technicians, and a few delivery-related personnel are allowed on delivery flights, but the lucky winners of this giveaway will get a behind-the-scenes look at the aircraft’s production and delivery process.
