Yanjin Ramen’s signature feature is cooking ramen using a 1300-degree flame gun that sprays high-temperature flames, quickly blending the fat and broth to create a rich and mellow flavor—the ultimate highlight.Aside from its unique flame-cooking technique, Yanjin Ramen also shows unwavering dedication to taste. Its miso flavor is particularly distinctive, carefully crafted by selecting three types of miso from Hokkaido and blending them with fresh vegetables and premium daiginjo sake lees. The trinity of being 'from Sapporo,' 'flame technology,' and 'taste dedication' brings Yanjin Ramen to life, creating a huge buzz in Japan and establishing it as a one-of-a-kind ramen brand.
