The “Ball Steak,” which became a huge hit in Japan and South Korea, is now available in Taiwan. “Oh!My Stone” opened on May 21st. Its signature “Ball Steak” is made from U.S. Choice grade beef, with tough sinews removed and only the tenderest parts and flavorful marbling kept to create ground beef. The meat is then hand-shaped into perfect spheres by chefs and served directly to diners, allowing them to DIY and enjoy the fun of grilling their own steak—offering a unique new steak experience.

The grill plate for the Ball Steak is also thoughtfully designed. It comes with mini hot black stones that arrive at your table along with the steak, so you can grill it directly on the stones. The table is also fitted with a curved smoke exhaust duct to quickly remove smoke, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable grilling experience.
