The ever-popular Nuofu Rice Cake often sells out within minutes. In addition to its mobile stall, it also offers home delivery services, allowing more people in Taiwan to enjoy grandma-style Tainan rice cakes.

Wanchang Bo, who has been selling in Tainan for about 60 years, makes traditional tofu pudding without any preservatives. The syrup is slowly simmered with brown sugar, and then various toppings are added to present the purest flavor of tofu pudding. To maintain its authentic taste, Wanchang Bo also asks customers not to add other seasonings such as ginger juice or honey.
