Free flights, accommodation, plus travel cash giveaway – budget airline seeks “dream destination”

What’s your most desired trip? A budget airline in Taiwan has launched a “challenge” themed around the belief that everyone has a most cherished moment, place, person they hope to find, and experience they wish would happen. The airline is selecting two Taiwanese winners online to make their travel dreams come true.

Jetstar is hosting the “World Travel King Challenge,” where participants must upload a short video or a photo with captions describing their dream trip and why it matters. The judging panel will begin reviewing entries on June 15 and select the most meaningful dream journey based on storytelling and presentation skills, choosing winners to serve as travel ambassadors.

Winners will receive various travel essentials including flight tickets, five nights’ accommodation, airport transfers at the destination, and travel funds (up to NT$4,500 per person per day in allowance, depending on the destination), allowing them to enjoy their dream trip, meet special people, visit special places, and have unique experiences. Winners can also bring one friend or family member along to share this long-awaited journey with someone important.

The Taiwan online event is now live, with a deadline of June 2. Anyone aged 18 or above can join by sharing their personal travel dream. Winners will be notified by email on June 24, and their entries will be shared publicly on the event website. Event websitewww.jetstarchallenge.com.
