Taipei Ambassador - Champagne Mushroom Premium Abalone Zongzi NT$1,500 per piece

The “Champagne Mushroom Premium Abalone Zongzi,” filled with premium champagne mushrooms and abalone, weighs 650 grams per piece and is made with high-quality ingredients such as abalone, scallops, fish maw, and champagne mushrooms.

Wrapped in lotus leaves and steamed, the fragrance of the leaves permeates the rice and mung beans, blending the soft and moist texture with the uniquely savory flavors of abalone, Jinhua ham, Cantonese-style roast duck, and char siu. It includes plump fresh abalone from the Taiwan Strait, organic black pork from Pingtung, Duanmu shiitake mushrooms from Hsinchu, silky lotus seeds from Baihe in Tainan, and salted egg yolks from Pingtung, among other rich ingredients, resulting in a golden gift zongzi weighing nearly 300 grams.

Les Suites at Mandarin Oriental - Abalone Chaozhou-style Zongzi NT$480 per piece

The “Abalone Chaozhou-style Zongzi” uses 24-hour slow-simmered premium 15-head Australian abalone, combined with Japanese scallops, pork belly, shiitake mushrooms, and other hearty ingredients, all wrapped in a treasure-box-style glutinous rice zongzi layered with lotus and bamboo leaves, elegantly interpreting classic flavors.
