The lineup for the Gongliao Ocean Music Festival has been announced: A-Mei and Cheer Chen are on the list

The upcoming New Taipei City Gongliao International Ocean Music Festival, set to rock from July 9 to 13, today (June 18) unveiled its performing artist lineup, featuring singers such as MATZKA, Chang Chen-yue, Yang Nai-wen, Cheer Chen, Lü Kuang-chung, and a MEI.

Over the course of the five-day event, the first day will feature performances by award-winning bands and musicians from previous editions of the festival, with MATZKA headlining. On July 10, “Roar High Asia” will showcase acts including Singapore’s Ahfive, Hong Kong’s 9AM Band, bands from Japan, mainland China, Malaysia, as well as Taiwan’s Fire EX and Chang Chen-yue.

On July 11, the “Taike Rock Come and Cheer” segment will feature performances by Yang Nai-wen, Girls and Robots, FUN4, io, Brown Sugar + Big V Rabbit, Tizzy Bac, Mayday, and others, highlighting the diverse styles of Taiwanese rock music.

July 12 marks the “Ocean Independent Music Awards” at the festival. In addition to the top 10 competing bands vying for the top honor, several groups that have previously won awards at the Ocean Music Festival will also return to the stage. Lü Kuang-chung will headline the night. On July 13, the theme is “Rock the World Together,” featuring international bands from around the globe, with A-Mei headlining.
