This time, as a guest chef invited to Taiwan, he presents the “Burgundy Three-Michelin-Starred Guest Chef Banquet,” featuring seven to eight courses paired with six French wines. Within one and a half months of opening reservations, all 400 seats were filled. Ingredients for the meal include North Atlantic langoustines and wild sea bass caught off Brittany and flown in specially. The menu also incorporates classic Burgundy elements such as escargot, Dijon mustard, and sheep’s milk cheese.

In addition, Passerina has specially invited Chef Eric Pras to visit Ai Guo Elementary School in Kaohsiung on December 8 to give a “Three-Michelin-Star Taste Education” class for children, guiding them through an exploration of sour, salty, bitter, and sweet flavors using their taste buds.
