The Taipei branch of the Osaka okonomiyaki chain "Dotonbori Okonomiyaki Chain OKONOMIYAKI DOHTONBORI" launched limited-time "Kumamoto Creative Teppanyaki Dishes" on the 17th. The two dishes are made with wheat and mustard from Kumamoto Prefecture in Kyushu, Japan, as well as locally sourced pork and cheese in Taiwan—“Kumamon’s Mustard Cheese Mala Yakisoba”—and“Plentiful Tomato Neapolitan-Style Stir-Fried Noodles” made with tomato ketchup and satsuma-age (fish cake) brought directly from Kumamoto Prefecture. This allows Taiwanese food enthusiasts to enjoy both Kumamoto ingredients and the casual yet refined teppanyaki dishes prepared by Dotonbori Okonomiyaki.
