Hainan Airlines is recruiting flight attendants in Taiwan on a large scale for the first time, holding interviews for three consecutive days from June 24 to 27 at the Taipei Dynasty Hotel, aiming to hire 50–100 flight attendants, with estimated salaries 10–20% higher than those offered by Taiwanese airlines.

Shortly after the recruitment announcement, Hainan Airlines received over 3,000 applications. After an initial screening, nearly 1,000 candidates have advanced to the preliminary interview stage. Hainan Airlines stated that for this Taiwan recruitment drive, any high school graduate (or above) aged 21 or older, as well as current students who graduated in 2015 or 2016, are eligible to apply. The detailed recruitment process for the interviews held at the Taipei Dynasty Hotel from June 24 to 27 is as follows: preliminary interview → final interview → English assessment → psychological evaluation → panel interview.
