石马山位于广西藤县天平镇回龙村，南宁至梧州二级公路入3公里。距县城15公里、梧州市区75公里，以山上石头象大马和小马得名。
山下因石头堋塌形成的几个洞穴甚有趣味，石马山的左右各有一个古代留下的山寨，传说为宋冯京后代为抗击元入侵而筑，山寨险要。
