益源大厝位于秀水乡马兴村益源巷，又称马兴陈宅，为彰化县内最大的古宅，建於清道光26年，已有百余年历史。
益源大厝占地三千馀坪，属三进式建筑，格局为大合院套小三合院，两旁有护龙，建材皆采红色砖墙、青绿磁窗及灰石牖，古意盎然，大厝内埕占地广阔，成凸字型，埕内尚存清咸丰年间的石砌旗杆座。
