青海钾肥厂

　　介 绍     格尔木比较近的比较有意思的盐湖景点是青海钾肥厂，虽然它的管理部门和宿舍区在格尔木市内，但是它的厂区距离格尔木有60公里。厂区最壮观的是一个深6米，面积达3平方公里的水库，附近的钾盐就是从这里被挖掘出来的。由于盐份的含量太高，周围寸草不生，形成了很怪异的荒凉景色。另外吸引人的一点，它是世界上仅有的3个类似的工厂之一，另外两个在海拔非常低的地方美国盐湖城和以色列的死海。
