Protected Area: Taking the center of the first tomb from the east in the cluster (123°12′72″E, 41°15′02″N) as the reference point, the protected area extends 8 meters east, 30 meters south, 103 meters west, and 37 meters north.

Construction Control Zone: Extending beyond the protected area, the Class I Construction Control Zone includes 40 meters east, 140 meters south, 70 meters west, and 23 meters north.
