The Ewenki Grassland is an important part of the Hulunbuir Grassland, accounting for 62.5% of the total area of the banner. Here, the land is rich in water and grass, the scenery is picturesque, rivers crisscross the landscape, and lakes are densely scattered. It is a pristine green sanctuary with well-preserved ecology and minimal pollution. The vast expanse of the Ewenki Grassland is dotted with Mongolian yurts scattered like stars along the rivers and hillsides, with wisps of smoke rising from hearths, symbolizing the herders’ timeless vigilance. Natural green foods such as grassland white mushrooms, riverside willow herb, and widespread wild yellow flowers, along with local delicacies like hand-held lamb, flavored steak, Mongolian hot pot, and Buryat dumplings.
