Wembley Stadium (Wembley Stadium) is a professional football stadium located in Wembley, London, England. After its reopening, the stadium is generally referred to as the "New Wembley Stadium" to distinguish it from the old one. The old Wembley Stadium was built in 1923, nicknamed the "Empire Stadium," and was once a world-renowned football venue. Due to its location in London, the capital of England, it served as the home ground for the England national football team. In 2003, construction began on the new stadium, and the structure of the original stadium was demolished. It was originally scheduled to be completed in 2006, but was later postponed to early 2007 and finished on March 9, 2007. Ownership of the stadium was handed over to The Football Association.

Wembley Stadium is a bowl-shaped stadium with a full capacity of 90,000 seats (except for events such as sports games and concerts), making it the second-largest stadium in Europe by capacity, after Camp Nou. It features a retractable roof to protect spectators from wind and rain. The stadium can also be used as a venue for sporting events by temporarily adding a platform above the lowest tier of seating. The iconic arch spanning the stadium is one of Wembley’s most distinctive features. This arch has an inner circumference of 7 meters, reaches a maximum height of 133 meters, spans 315 meters, and is inclined at a 22-degree angle. The arch supports the entire roof of the north stand and 60% of the roof of the south stand, making it the largest unsupported arch in the world.
