Somerset House is a large building located in central London, UK, designed in the neoclassical style by the renowned architect Sir William Chambers. The main structure was built between 1776 and 1796, with typical Victorian wings added later. It sits on the south side of the Strand, overlooking the River Thames and adjacent to Waterloo Bridge to the west. It is a famous historic site in the UK and one of the beloved ancient buildings among tourists.

Somerset House showcases different colors and hosts various events throughout the year. The open-air cinema in summer and the “Midsummer Music Series” event held in July are extremely popular every year, attracting friends from around the world. In the 007 series of films centered around British spies, the scene in the 1995 film *GoldenEye* where a car crashes into the streets of St. Petersburg was actually filmed in the courtyard of Somerset House. In addition, parts of the shows *Spooks*, *The Duchess*, and *Sherlock Holmes* were also filmed here.
