It displays a variety of ancient torture instruments, such as spiked clubs, guillotines, and executioner's swords—each terrifying and brutal. Just looking at these tools, one can imagine how they were used to torment both the body and soul of people.

The most intriguing part of the Torture Museum is that visitors can freely touch most of the gruesome instruments, some of which don’t even have names. Nearby the displayed instruments, there are descriptions on the walls explaining their usage, translated into seven different languages, though not all have detailed explanations. Not everyone has the courage to visit this museum—if you don’t want to have nightmares, it’s better to give it a miss. But if you’re seeking a thrill, the Torture Museum is a great choice.
