The Seven Sisters Waterfalls (Seven Sisters Waterfalls) is a group of seven waterfalls and a great option for hiking lovers. Visitors can hike through tropical rainforests and take in the tropical scenery along the journey. It only takes about 45 minutes to reach the Seven Sisters Waterfalls, during which you will pass through a stretch of rainforest. Although it’s a hiking trip, it’s not very strenuous. Hikers will traverse private plantations where they have the chance to see cocoa, nutmeg, and banana trees, and observe their growth process.

If the weather is slightly rainy, the hiking trail may be a bit muddy, so it’s best to wear rain boots. Of course, the muddy path also adds to the fun of the hike. Once you reach the waterfalls, you can wash the mud off your shoes. After arriving at the Seven Sisters Waterfalls, visitors can swim or simply enjoy the beauty of nature in the water. The pool at the base of the falls is very spacious, and the flowing water is refreshingly cool — swimming here will leave you feeling invigorated. Of course, you’ll eventually need to hike back to civilization.
