Bathway Beach is located in the northern part of Grenada and is a rather unique beach. There are no colorful water sports activities or diving equipment here, so if you simply want to relax on a peaceful beach, read a book, or swim and enjoy the cool sea water, Bathway Beach is a good option.

When swimming at Bathway Beach, visitors must be especially careful not to go beyond the designated safe area, as the currents outside this zone are extremely strong—even very skilled local swimmers dare not venture past it. Parents with children should also keep a close eye on their kids. There are only a few small shops on the beach selling drinks and food, so it's best for visitors to bring their own. Notably, Bathway Beach is the liveliest and most festive beach during Grenada’s National Day celebrations. At that time, there’s an abundance of food, drinks, music, and crowds—it’s a sea of joy. If you happen to visit Bathway Beach during the National Day holiday, don’t miss out on this lively atmosphere. (Note: February 7th is Grenada’s National Day.)
