Havana Bay

Havana Bay is located in the central-southern part of Cuba and is the youngest and most beautiful city in Cuba and the Caribbean. The layout of its streets is a model of neoclassicism, with each road exuding neatness and awe. The positioning of tall pillars on the facades of buildings and the structure of late neoclassical with a touch of eclecticism, along with the walls of majestic complexes, form uniformly straight lines that give the city a classical style and a dignified character. The city center boasts the essence of colonial-era architecture, with Arms Square now transformed into José Martí Park. The park features Cuba’s only French-style triumphal arch; its surroundings consist of buildings constructed in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Many of the luxurious small palace-like structures were designed drawing inspiration from French decorative styles. From the high slopes of the city, the ocean vista unfolds in full splendor.
