Gibby’s Orange Juice Stand began operations in 1932 under Hermas Gibeau. In 1945, Gibeau built a spherical structure shaped like an orange to house the restaurant. By 1966, the building had been expanded, allowing visitors the option to take their juice and food to go or dine in. During the summer, Gibby’s Orange Juice Stand operates 24 hours a day, while hours are slightly reduced in the winter. The stand has a strong personality—despite always having long lines, it has never opened a second location. That means if you want to taste the world’s most delicious orange juice, this is the only place to go.
