Shipwreck Beach is a nudist beach in Canada where clothing is optional and there are no strict rules. Stretching 7 kilometers along the coast and shielded by woodland, it is quite secluded, making it difficult for first-timers to find. Even if you locate the entrance, you still have to climb a long flight of stone steps, which creates a sense of being cut off from the rest of the world.

It is said that Shipwreck Beach is as lively as a public bathhouse and just as crowded, with even the janitors and vendors going completely naked. Here, you can even see people of different skin tones—white, yellow, and black are the most noticeable and eye-catching. On the beach, groups of people of all ethnicities gather; some swim in the sea, some play beach volleyball, while many more lie back quietly soaking up the sun and gently blowing sea breeze.
