Seawall Trail
The Seawall Trail is located in Stanley Park, Vancouver, British Columbia. Built along the perimeter of Stanley Park, it is a stone-paved pathway constructed to prevent seawater erosion from damaging the park. Stretching 8.8 kilometers in total, it took 60 years to complete and is the most distinctive and well-known jogging path, cycling route, and roller-skating trail in the park.
The Seawall Trail serves as the hub of Vancouver’s entire waterfront trail network. With breathtaking scenery along the way, it attracts the highest number of walkers, runners, cyclists, inline skaters, and rollerbladers in the city. It is a major highlight of Stanley Park and the most frequently used facility within the park. If you have time, consider meeting up with friends and spending about two hours strolling the entire trail. Watch the clouds drift by, take in the diverse array of visitors, and enjoy the ever-changing scenery at every step. Each moment brings a new view and a new feeling — an indescribable sense of wonder and refreshment.
