Prime Minister's Exhibition Hall

The Prime Minister's Exhibition Hall is located in Gurun, in the northeast of Langkawi, Kedah, approximately 10 kilometers from Kuah Town. It is a two-story building with a green roof. The hall houses a collection of over 2,500 gifts and medals bestowed upon Malaysia’s fourth Prime Minister, Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, and his wife over the years.

Dr. Mahathir has said that the gifts and medals received belong to every citizen of Malaysia and are an honor for the nation. The exhibits in the hall are diverse and made from various materials, including pure crystal items, wooden gifts, leather gifts, silverware, copperware, alloy vessels, stone items, ceramics, and glass products. In addition, the museum also features musical instruments, Islamic cultural and handicraft items, textiles, and weapons. A section of the Prime Minister's Exhibition Hall is also dedicated to displaying cars and four-wheel drive vehicles.

The Prime Minister's Exhibition Hall is open daily from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and during holidays and public holidays, it is open from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Please note that bringing cameras or camcorders into the exhibition hall requires an additional fee on top of the admission ticket.
