The experience hall also showcases various delicious dishes, along with the origins and history of bibim naengmyeon. Visitors can directly make their own buckwheat noodles after paying an experience fee, which is quite fun. The experience usually lasts 40–50 minutes, but it is generally not available on weekends due to high visitor numbers.
