The Zaoyuan Village Site is a cultural heritage site protected at the municipal level in Taiyuan.

The Zaoyuan Village Site is situated on the cliffs of Daqiaogou in Zaoyuan Village, Haozhuang Town, Yingze District, and dates from the Qing Dynasty.

Haozhuang Town: A township under the jurisdiction of the southern suburbs of Taiyuan City. Established as the Haozhuang People's Commune in 1958 and reorganized as a township in 1984. It is located in the northeastern part of the district, covering an area of 43.3 square kilometers with a population of 15,000.
