Hyundai Wonsi Park is located at 19 Changdeokgung-gil, Wonsi-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, South Korea. It was built by Hyundai Engineering & Construction when constructing the Hyundai Corporation building, with the goal of giving back corporate profits to society and providing citizens with a resting space and urban greenery. The park was first officially opened to the public in December 1987, and has gradually become a favorite spot for nearby office workers and residents to take walks, thanks to its beautiful environment and well-equipped leisure facilities.

Hyundai Wonsi Park is extensively planted with various flowers, plants, and trees, offering different scenery throughout the four seasons and creating a pleasant and comfortable environment for visitors. In this refreshing setting, some guests take strolls, others exercise on simple fitness facilities, and many couples enjoy dating here. In short, the park sees a constant flow of visitors, filled with vibrancy. Additionally, at the park’s entrance, there are relics such as the former site of the Gwanseogam—an astronomical, geographical, and divination institution during the Joseon Dynasty—and the former government office responsible for storing rice and soy sauce for the royal court. These sites offer visitors ample insight into the history of the Joseon era.
