Located in Darwin, Northern Territory, Darwin Crocodile Park was established in 1994 and is a unique, comprehensive living museum dedicated to crocodiles. It is Australia’s premier park where you can come face to face with the world’s largest reptile — the crocodile.

Founded by Dr. Grahame Webb, who has dedicated over 25 years to the study of crocodiles, the park is home to nearly 1,000 saltwater and freshwater crocodiles of various ages and sizes, ranging from 30 centimeters to 5 meters in length, with some weighing over one ton. The breeding ponds house 20 pairs of crocodiles used for research, breeding, and tourist viewing. While observing the crocodiles, visitors can also learn about their biology and ecology. One of the highlights is the feeding shows, and you may even get the chance to hold a baby crocodile and interact with them up close. There is also a museum on-site where you can discover everything about crocodiles.

To ensure the crocodiles don’t steal all the spotlight, the park is also home to felines, primates, birds, monkeys, snakes, and turtles.
