Western Region Heavenly Horses Cultural Park Scenic Area

The Western Region Heavenly Horses Cultural Park Scenic Area is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

The Zhaojun Heavenly Horses Cultural Park project is located on the Kalkant Grassland in Zhaojun, approximately 20 kilometers southwest of the county town. It is built upon the foundation of the former Western Region Horse Racing Ground. The planned area extends east to the Dakalagande River, south to the Tekes River, and connects to Provincial Highway S212 on the west and north sides. Covering a total area of 50,000 mu, about 33 square kilometers. The planned area is vast, with magnificent scenery where mountains and grasslands complement each other. The Heavenly Horses, known for galloping past the western edge and soaring over the Kunlun Mountains, live and breed here, making it the best destination to learn about Heavenly Horse culture.
