Tekkala Gai - Located on the southern side of the broad valley, Tekkala Gai is also one of the scenic highlights of Kuodeng. In Kazakh, "Tekkala Gai" means towering, steep-standing white spruce trees. On the steep, wall-like mountains, the spruces climb the slopes and spread upward endlessly, standing tall and densely packed, forming an impenetrable barrier—like a green Great Wall built along the mountain, stretching continuously. When the wind rises, the rustling sounds mournful. Watch the sunrise in the early morning, as shifting light paints ever-changing views; admire the sunset at dusk, as dark mountains glow red and layered forests are painted in hues. Kuodeng boasts magnificent and spectacular scenery that is truly breathtaking.
