Kashgar River Riverside Park in Bachu County is situated in the central core area of the county town, bordered by Century Avenue to the north, Youyi Road to the east, Guangming Road to the west, and Junmin Road to the south. It comprises three parks: the Citizens’ Service Center, the Cultural Leisure Plaza, the Folk Square, along with the Youth Entertainment and Senior Activity Plaza. Construction began in 2011, with a total construction area of 550,000 square meters, public service land area covering 200 mu, green space area spanning 120 mu, and a total project investment of 120 million yuan.

As a landmark urban area, the Kashgar River Riverside Park adopts a spatial layout concept of “one core, one ring, one line, plus one belt, with radiating axes connecting multiple zones.” From east to west, it features seven commercial development projects: Balchuq Town, Oriental International Garden, Kangning Jiayuan, Binjiang New City, Qingshuiwan, and the five-star Balchuq Grand Hotel, forming a vibrant hub that attracts crowds, enhances energy, and showcases the urban image of Bachu.
