Fengshou Reservoir is located in Damagou Township, Qira County, Xinjiang, about 43 kilometers from Qira County town. It is an irrigation-focused, water-diversion type of plain reservoir, with its main water source coming from the upstream Quanshigou spring. Since its construction, the reservoir has developed fisheries and tourism, utilizing its waters for fish farming, and holds significant economic value. The area around Fengshou Reservoir is home to numerous birds, shaded by weeping willows, and boasts lush aquatic plants.

The reservoir features expansive waters with excellent, clear, and pristine water quality, where schools of fish swim. Visitors can take a small boat, admire the azure waves, gaze at the distant snow-capped peaks of the Kunlun Mountains, and enjoy activities such as fishing, boating, and swimming.
