The Banlangge Grassland in Wulukesayi Township is 130 kilometers from the county town. It is a winter grazing pasture; the area covers 45,000 mu; the altitude ranges from 3,500 m to 3,800 m. The grassland is mainly covered with vegetation such as Kirghiz wormwood, needlegrass, astragalus, woolly plants, and wild onions. Transportation is convenient. Along the way, marmots play, rabbits hop, yaks run wild, snowcocks spread their wings, and partridges (also known as quail) rest. Endless blue skies and clouds within reach form a stunning alpine landscape.

In late spring, flowers bloom everywhere and birds sing amid fragrant air; in early summer, streams murmur, the weather is cool, and horseback riding is thrilling and exciting, offering an authentic taste of herders’ joyful life; during the peak summer heat, visitors often come here to escape the heat, gather, and have picnics; in the golden autumn, the land is abundant with delicious produce and fruits, and the warm hospitality of the local herders, who serve distinctive traditional flavors with open arms, makes you want to stay forever. The white yurts, like brocaded snow lotuses on a green carpet, provide a resting place for tired travelers, allowing you to immerse yourself in exotic charm.
