Cele County Humanities and Ecology Tourism Park

Cele County Humanities and Ecology Tourism Park was established in December 2008. The park consists of

the “Patriotism Education Base,” including the Cele Village Incident Memorial Hall, the former residence of Comrade Simayi Aimaiti, former Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, the Ten-Thousand-Mu Pomegranate Orchard in Cele Township, the CAS Cele Desert Control Station, and the Cele County International Desert Control Demonstration Site (Desert Park). Covering an area of 25 square kilometers, the park features a garden-within-a-garden, scenery-within-scenery quality, highlights the unique tourism characteristics of Cele, and presents a beautiful landscape.
