At the southern end of Hutubi County lies Century Park, featuring Cuihu Lake, pavilions, towers, arched bridges, and painted pleasure boats... brimming with the charm of the Jiangnan water towns.

Century Park in Hutubi County stretches along both banks of the Sangong Canal in a linear layout, divided into three sections: the Beer Plaza north of Changhua Road, the Cultural & Leisure Plaza between Changhua Road and Wuyi Road, and the Entertainment & Leisure Plaza south of Wuyi Road. It spans 1.3 kilometers in length, with an average width of 70 meters on both sides, covering a total area of over 70,000 square meters—including more than 50,000 square meters of green space and 3,700 square meters of water surface. According to Zeng Wei, Director of the Hutubi County Tourism Bureau, Century Park is an open park symbolizing renewal for the new century. It serves as a comprehensive plaza integrating culture, leisure, entertainment, and ecological landscaping, and has now become an important gathering place for the people of Hutubi County. The park features seven primary landscape nodes: the Xishi Road Entrance Node, Love Island Node, Mingxuan Node, Museum Node, Mountain-Climbing Water-Viewing Platform Node, Xiushuiyuan Node, and Xianglong Huan Shui Water Feature Plaza Node.

This landscape uses three gates as cultural symbols, intricately carved with the history of five millennia of Chinese civilization. There’s also the Hundred Blessings Path and the Hundred Hands Mural, where relief walls and ground carvings depict people from various professions creating a prosperous future through their hard work and wisdom.

Passing through the Hundred Blessings Path, you’ll enter the Jiangnan Water Charm Zone, where a 6,950-square-meter Cuihu Lake is dotted with small boats. Around the lake are recreational boat-shaped docks and “Love Island,” which features the Lianli Pavilion, Mingxuan, winding corridors, and access via arched bridges, wooden trestle bridges, and lotus bridges. The flying beams and painted rafters exude an antique elegance.

Along the Hundred Longevity Path, the “Xinjiang Sai People Culture Museum” stands prominently along the central axis of Century Park. Inside, lifelike replicas recreate the Kangjia Shimenzi Rock Carvings of Hutubi County.

The Fountain Water Feature Area is equipped with dynamic water displays, featuring various water patterns, a 30-meter diagonal jet, and a central upward spray—graceful yet powerful. Surrounding the fountain are four dragon pillars, resembling a celestial dragon summoning rain, symbolizing abundant harvests and favorable weather for Hutubi County in the coming year.
