Shihezi People's Park

Shihezi People's Park is situated at the southwest corner where Beisan Road intersects Xiyi Road, spanning an area of more than 1,500 acres. Its construction started in the mid-1950s, and the park includes both a forestry area and a scenic area. The southern section is the forestry area, filled with dense greenery where dozens of valuable tree species—such as Scots pine, Korean spruce, and juniper—have been planted. Hundreds of tree varieties thrive here, while the scenic area occupies two-thirds of the park’s total area.
