The Shaxi River Xianghe Pagoda is a cultural tourism attraction.

The Shaxi River Xianghe Pagoda in Gangca County, Haibei Prefecture, Qinghai Province, is located to the west of Gangca County’s county town. It stands 21 meters tall and 17 meters wide, with 108 prayer wheels surrounding its base — matching the 108 beads of a Buddhist mala. Above the base are 32 smaller stupas, 31 of which represent the 31 towns and villages of Gangca County, while the other represents the Gangca County Buddhist Association. Surrounding the stupa base, the base is adorned with Tibetan totem snow lions. The base, held up by ethnic totems, is filled with clay sculptures handmade by herders from all over the county. The bottom layer of the base features a Tara Buddha statue, the middle layer displays images of sacred stupas. On top of the sacred stupa images, 21 one-meter-tall Tara statues are placed. The stupa's reliquary chamber is filled with scriptures. The pagoda also houses clay Buddhist statues made with devout prayers for peace by the Tibetan people. In front of the pagoda, a Benkang (prayer shrine) has been constructed. This ethnic harmony pagoda symbolizes the peaceful coexistence of all ethnic groups in Gangca, aiming to bless the people with happiness, health, and social harmony.
