Introduction: The Nanyanggou Subalpine Meadow Tourist Area is located in the eastern part of Nanyanggou, Jicui Township, Fangshan County, Shanxi Province, and the western part of Baiyugou Valley, Huili Township, Jiaocheng County. The area features gently sloping mountain ridges, stretching 20 kilometers from north to south, all at elevations above 2,000 meters. The mountains retain the broad, gentle anticlinal natural features formed during the Yanshan Movement. This area was once the camp and cavalry training ground of Yan Xishan's cavalry brigade, the leader of the Shanxi warlords. Liu Yuan, the founding emperor of the Later Han Dynasty, also frequented this area, and the historical tale of “Liu Yuan Finding His Sword” originates here.
