Ten-Thousand-Mu Lotus Garden of Yilong Lake
From June to October each year, lotus flowers in bright red, pink, milky white, and purple-red bloom in profusion, turning Yilong Lake into a sea of blossoms. When you take a small wooden boat into the lotus pond or climb up to the lotus-viewing pavilion to admire the flowers, take photos, and taste fresh lotus seeds, you’ll be enchanted by the ethereal charm of these “gentlemen of the water,” making you linger without any thought of leaving.
