Baiying Mountain Ancient Tea Garden Natural Museum: Baiying Mountain is a sacred site of Buddhist tea in China’s Pu’er region, acclaimed as the “No. 1 Tea Warehouse of Pu’er Under Heaven.” The “Baiying Mountain Ancient Tea Garden Natural Museum” has been built here, making it a paradise where one can savor Buddhist tea in this sacred place. The Baiying Mountain Ancient Tea Garden Natural Museum was established in May 2007. This area is one of the origins of the world’s tea trees. The region features a relatively concentrated variety of tea types, including seven cultivars: Benshan tea, Ergazi tea, Heqing tea, Baiyazi tea, Heitiaozi tea, Tengzi tea, and Mengku tea, covering a total of 12,400 acres, with most tea trees being over 300 years old.

After the first Lincang City Tea Expo in 2006, the Yunnan Lancangjiang Beer Enterprise Group undertook protective development of the Baiying Mountain ancient tea tree resources. They implemented stone reinforcement around the roots of the ancient tea trees and hired local tea farmers to patrol and protect the ancient tea garden. At the same time, they constructed tourist hotels and restaurants near the ancient tea garden, preparing to develop sightseeing tourism projects. Currently, some tourists have already visited Baiying Mountain Ancient Tea Garden for scientific exploration and business research.
