Mianshan Yin Kong Cave
The practice site of Yin Kong, a disciple of the eminent Tang Dynasty monk Zhichao, has a history of over 1,300 years. Yin Kong Cave features an intricate network of interconnected chambers and passageways, deep, serene, and otherworldly. Every winter and spring, ice formations as tall as ten meters inside the cave resemble lifelike, exquisitely carved stone Buddhas—crystal clear and vivid, some resembling the Empty King, others Yin Gong, truly a rare sight.
