Yuanguan Scenic Area

Yuanguan Scenic Area is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

The 0-Guan Rafting is located in the Tongzi River basin of Tongzi County, Zunyi. The entire rafting course is about 3.5 kilometers long, with crystal-clear water winding through beautiful scenery. In addition to the thrilling rapids and sharp turns, swimming, boating, fishing, camping, and barbecuing all become new ways to enjoy summer.

The river here is fast-flowing and exhilarating, and when the water is released for rafting, the splashes are refreshing and invigorating. There are both rapid rapids and calm deep pools, making 0-Guan one of the most ideal rafting sections in summer.

The river channel varies in width, and the inflatable rafts bob up and down with the currents. The screams and laughter of passengers on board can be heard from afar. Many who haven’t gone rafting before might think the rapids are the most fun, full of thrills and danger—but actually, the most exciting part is having a water fight in the calmer waters.

Even with strangers, you can completely let loose, getting caught up in the lively atmosphere, cheering and laughing, leaving all worries behind. Whether you win or lose the water battle doesn’t matter, nor does getting soaked—it’s that feeling of total relaxation that’s truly unforgettable.

At Longzhua Platform, there is also a large camping area where visitors can bring or rent tents to camp, enjoying the natural scenery and the cool riverside climate.

Transportation:

From Chongqing to the scenic area is about 220 kilometers. Take the Lanhai Expressway to Tongzi Exit, then enter the Tongzi–Rongguang Secondary Highway. Turn left at around the 25-kilometer mark, and drive about 5 kilometers to reach the scenic area.

From Zunyi to the scenic area is about 70 kilometers. Take the Lanhai Expressway to Tongzi Exit, then enter the Tongzi–Rongguang Secondary Highway. Turn left at around the 25-kilometer mark, and drive about 5 kilometers to reach the scenic area.
